Excerpt from demo.onlinephq.com:
OnlinePHQ was created by LESI®, a company recognized for excellence in pre-employment assessment and a leader in law enforcement selection since 1982.

OnlinePHQ is a brand new method of gathering background information from law enforcement applicants. Developed by Michael J. Cuttler, Ph.D., a nationally-known figure in police selection, onlinePHQ uses state of the art internet technology to overcome the drawbacks of traditional paper and pencil data collection.

In addition to building the data collection mechanisms, Wildon worked with Dr. Cuttler to transfer his 20 years of experience into a custom built expert system. The resulting system contains several thousand expert "rules". Based on these rules the expert system analyzes the data collected by the OnlinePHQ knowledge management system, then scores, performs risk analysis and generates custom paper reports at a rate of 300 candidates per hour.

Before OnlinePHQ, LESI® could only process about 20 or 30 candidates per day. With the same staff they are now processing several hundred candidates per day.
